No. Everything — including face detection — runs inside your browser using a local AI model. Your photo never leaves your device.

How accurate is the head height check?

It is an estimate based on automated face detection, typically within a few percent. Results near the boundary are shown as warnings rather than failures. It is a strong guideline, not an official measurement.

What does Auto-fix do?

It recrops your photo around your face at the required head-height ratio, resizes it to the exact pixel dimensions for your application, and compresses it under the file size limit — then lets you download the result as a JPG.

Can it fix my background?

Not yet — background replacement needs care to look natural. If the background check fails, retake the photo against a plain white or light wall in even light.
